You can use the filter granulate in the Dennerle Nano Corner Filter or Nano Filter Extension, but also in any other filter. - Garnelio

Beschreibung

Microorganisms play a major role in the aquarium and are often underestimated. These almost invisible helpers are useful bacteria that are effectively involved in the breakdown of pollutants. They can be found on almost all surfaces, such as decorations, plant leaves, but also in the substrate. Especially in the filter they find an optimal opportunity to settle and multiply. With the Nano Bio Filter Granulate you therefore create an ideal place for them to multiply. The material, which consists of high-quality sintered glass, offers a huge colonization area and thus serves the biological filtration.

Accordingly, "surface extensions" are therefore extremely useful, because the more of them there are, the better the "good cleaning bacteria" can multiply. To maintain optimal filtration and effective pollutant removal in the long term, the material should be replaced half at a time every 3 months. Question from: "Wie genau nutze ich das im kleinen eckfilter von dennerle? Schneide/schmeisse ich das weisse Vlies raus und kippe es einfach in den Filter?"

Hallo Lukas, vielen Dank für deine Frage! Wir empfehlen eine kleine Schicht Filtermatte, dann das Granulat und dann eine weitere Schicht Matte oder Vlies. Dazu kannst du die Matten/Vliese zerschneiden.

Question from: "Hallo, wir haben den denn Erle Eck Filter. Nun müssten wir die Filterkatusche (also das Plastiktelefone um das das Flies gespannt ist) austauschen. Das ist ganz schön viel Kunststoffmüll. Da be bin ich jetzt auf das Granulat gestoßen. Aber ganz so verstehen, was wo rein kommt (Kohle, Granulat, Algenstopp) und ob der Babyschutz dann noch auf den Aufsatz passt…verstehe ich nicht ganz. Wenn ich jetzt umstellen möchte, was brauche ich und was muss ich (zwecks impfen) beachten?"

Hallo Silke, vielen Dank für deine Frage! Das Granulat kommt da rein wo der Schwamm drin war. Je nach Filter kann es sinnvoll sein das Material in einen Stoffbeutel zu tun. Wir empfehlen Filtermaterial langsam zu tauschen. Also die vorhandenen Schwämme in der Mitte durchzuschneiden und dann nochmal einzusetzen.
