NatureHolic - Proteinfeed shrimp food - 30g

NatureHolic Proteinfeed shrimp food is a special protein food for shrimp with increased protein requirements, for example in growth, in breeding, and for shrimp such as Macrobrachium, Amano shrimp or tiger shrimp that prefer carnivorous food. Protein feed is also excellent for crayfish. The crude protein content is nevertheless deliberately below 40%, so that moulting problems due to excessive protein intake can be ruled out.

We deliberately avoid fish meal and low-quality animal meal. The proteins and amino acids contained in Proteinfeed come exclusively from insects, plants and arctic krill.     Insects and krill contain valuable proteins as well as nutritionally beneficial chitin, which shrimps and crayfish  use to build up their shells and also the moulting and growth hormone ecdysone, which has an extremely positive effect on growth, moulting and also the fertility and reproductive capacity of shrimps and crayfish.

The soft food pads sink immediately and are therefore available to the shrimp without waiting time. Our soft pads are significantly more water stable than a food paste, but we still recommend our special shrimp food bowls for presentation.

Feedingrecommendation: Feed 1-2 times a day as much as the animals take in within a few minutes. Feed sparingly, usually one 5mm pad is sufficient for 15-25 shrimp.
