Amtra - Oak extract - 300 ml

With the Amtra Oak Extract you maintain your aquarium optimally. Most of the ornamental fish kept in the aquarium come from areas with quite soft water and very low pH values. To produce such acidic water, osmosis water is usually mixed with special mineral salt. In order for the animals to feel well and not get sick, these low water parameters should be achieved.

As a water conditioner, Amtra Oak Extract is therefore wonderfully suitable for producing the perfect aquarium water. It consists of an extract of ground oak bark, which can lower the pH to any value, making the water softer. In addition, it cares for the skin and gills of soft water fish and also works against the dreaded dark coloration in discus.

Application: Depending on the existing pH value, 10 ml Amtra Oak Extract is dosed per 100 liters of aquarium water. Before and after use, however, this should be checked with a suitable pH test! The pH value should not be lowered ad hoc in order to avoid a drop in acidity.

Tip: By the way, with some fine filter wadding and Amtra Oak Extract you can remove lime scale from cover disks wonderfully.
