aus über 3.000 Bewertungen »Our Equilibrium from SEACHEM is an innovative water conditioner designed to correctly determine the mineral content in planted aquariums. Unlike other products, it does not contain sodium or chloride (which can be harmful in higher doses, especially in planted aquariums.) and is suitable for use with osmosis or demineralized water. Thereby it increases the essential electrolyte content, i.e. the general hardness and thereby stabilizes the carbonate hardness.
Choose from these quantities: 300 or 600 g
Sodium and chloride increase the electrolyte balance of fish and affect plant growth, so Equilibrium has specifically omitted these components. Only potassium, magnesium and calcium salts are included, which support fish metabolism and strongly promote plant growth.
Application: To increase the total hardness, add 1 tablespoon (approx. 16 g) to 80 liters of osmosis water during a new setup or partial water change. (With tap water, the GH should be determined first.) For best results, stir the powder outside the aquarium in 1 liter of water until dissolved. Also add undissolved residue into the aquarium. The milky turbidity will disappear by itself in a very short time.
Note: Do not use Equilibrium if you are only replacing evaporated water!
