Sponge filter for shrimp tank - up to 100L tank

The double sponge filter for shrimp tanks is an effective and at the same time absolutely shrimp-safe way to filter breeding tanks for dwarf shrimp or any aquarium at all.

The double filter sponges offer bacteria an incredible amount of settlement space. Here the filter bacteria can calmly take the pollutants out of the water and convert them into harmless substances, which then benefit the plants.

The filter surface is gladly grazed by young as well as adult shrimps, because they find here exactly what they like: biofilms, microorganisms and detritus from the water.

You can operate this sponge filter with a separately available air pump. A connection for a standard air hose (4/6 mm) is available, here you only need to attach the separately available air hose. If the double sponge filter is operated with an air pump, the aquarium water is automatically enriched with oxygen - very important for shrimps and other invertebrates as well as for the fish in the aquarium.
