It is ideal for reef tanks and increases and stabilizes the pH value at 8.3. Additional borate maintains the good stability. Thanks to an increased pK fluctuations are optimally cushioned.
Liquid Marine Buffer safely raises the pH to 8.3 while simultaneously adjusting the carbonate hardness. Even in case of accidental overdosing, the pH will not be raised higher. Liquid Marine Buffer contains an innovative and balanced blend of bicarbonate, carbonate and borate salts that raise pH and rebalance disturbed buffer systems.
Directions for use: Use 1 dosing cap (approx. 5 ml) per 20 liters daily until the pH value has leveled off at 8.3. Depending on initial values, this process can take between 1 and 7 days. Use Liquid Marine Buffer afterwards to maintain the pH value.
