ADA - Pro-Scissors Short

The smallest plant shears from Aqua Design Amano is the ADA Pro Scissors Short made of stainless steel. It fits extremely well in the hand and is particularly maneuverable - ideal for preparing aquarium plants before insertion, but also for precise shortening of aquatic plants in rather smaller aquascapes or in nano aquariums. Its shape also allows effortless pruning in very angled and complex aquarium layouts.

For pruning thicker stems, rootstocks and tougher plants, use the straight blade version(ADA Pro Scissors Short - Straight Type), while the curved blade(ADA Pro Scissors Short - Curved Type) is better suited for pruning softer cushion plants, aquarium mosses or other low-growing foreground plants.

The cutting edges of both versions of Aqua Design Amano scissors are hardened over their entire length and thus remain remarkably sharp for a long time. The matt surface has a noble look, the shape of the handle of the ADA Pro Scissors Short is ergonomically adapted to work in the aquarium and makes pruning a pleasure: fatigue-free and without blisters on the fingers.
