Natureholic - Micro Farm - Shrimp

The revolutionary NatureHolic MicroFarm - Shrimp is the ideal and natural grazing area for invertebrate aquariums.
In their natural habitats, shrimp feed primarily on growths that form on rocks, plants and other surfaces. 
We have taken this as a model and developed the MicroFarm -  Shrimp. A small farm which forms a natural growth of microorganisms on its surface over several weeks due to its new composition and form of administration. 
The MicroFarm follows a new concept in which positive microorganisms are specifically bred to be able to offer them to your animals as a species-appropriate long-term food.
The MicroFarm Shrimp was developed by us in cooperation with renowned shrimp breeders and is in daily use in the largest ornamental shrimp facility in Europe. Rely with us on maximum competence, experience and innovation in the invertebrate sector!

Before use, the MicroFarm Shrimp is pre-watered for 24 hours in a bowl of aquarium water and squeezed out several times so that transport-related abrasion is loosened and the substrate is activated.  The MicroFarm is then placed in the aquarium. Buoyancy can be prevented by squeezing it out under water. 
Thanks to the special ingredients of the bag, a dense grazing area of microorganisms now forms on the surface of the MicroFarm, which is grazed by dwarf shrimps and snails. The growth grows continuously over several weeks and offers your animals an additional food source to bridge the time between feedings. Also the site-faithful young animals profit from the always available food supply - which can result in a higher offspring rate. 

The growth of the growth is individually different, we recommend the use only in run-in aquariums. If the growth has come to a standstill due to excessive grazing or unfavorable growth conditions, a short kneading of the bag under water is often sufficient  to reactivate the growth.  MicroFarm Shrimp does not replace a balanced diet and should not be a permanent one-sided feeding. Please replace the MicroFarm when the contained substrate is used up and the growth stops.
