CO2 disposable bottle or CO2 reusable bottle? 
There are 2 different bottle types: Disposable cylinders that are disposed of after emptying as well as recycled and reusable cylinders that can be refilled again and again. Refilling can be done by many pet stores and gas companies. If you live in a region where refilling is problematic, for example, the disposable bottle would be an alternative. Should the refill situation improve, you can always convert the disposable pressure reducer to a reusable pressure reducer in 2 minutes by screwing on the adapter (JBL PROFLORA CO2 ADAPT U-M).

JBL CO2 reusable cylinders and many other CO2 reusable cylinders as well have the following thread connection: W 21,8x1/14 
JBL CO2 disposable cylinders and some others as well (not all!) have the following thread connection: M 10x1 

A special case were or are disposable cartridges which have a different thread type: 5/8" UNF. For pressure reducers, such as the JBL PROFLORA u201, designed for such disposable cartridges, this thread adapter JBL PROFLORA ADAPT U-u201 is intended. Thus, instead of using the smaller CO2 cartridges with the small pressure reducer, the larger 500 or 1200 g CO2 disposable cylinders can be used (e.g. JBL PROFLORA CO2 CYLINDER 500 U or 1200 U).
