Herbivorous cichlids such as those from Lake Malawi or Lake Tanganyika should be fed a balanced diet appropriate to their species so that they do not succumb to diseases. With our JBL NovoMalawi you provide your pets with an optimal and above all balanced diet. The flakes are ideally suited for fish between 5 and 20 centimeters in size, which reside in the upper to middle water layer. High-quality spirulina algae and plankton also promote great coloration and a well-groomed and defined appearance. In addition, the immune system and thus the general well-being are supported.

The high-quality flakes have been produced gently and contain an optimally balanced ratio between proteins and fats, also the phosphate content has been adjusted accordingly, so that the food is more digestible and leads to less excretion. This reduces water turbidity and inhibits algae growth.

The airtight packaging prevents loss of vitamins and freshness of the feed. This complete feed has a shelf life of four months after opening, and three years when closed. It can also be optimally supplemented with tidbits and vitamins to spice up the fish's diet.
