The dried green Garnelio Mulberry leaves are a real treat for all invertebrates in freshwater aquariums. Mulberry leaves are used extremely successfully by Asian breeders in shrimp breeding, the leaves have a high calcium content, but also have many vitamins and provitamins, as well as secondary plant substances. The calcium content in particular is extremely important for the shell structure of shrimps and crayfish and for the shell structure of snails.

Mulberry leaves are a very popular food with shrimps, dwarf crabs, crayfish, herbivorous crabs and also snails. Once or twice a week, feed an amount that the animals can eat within a day. If you want to avoid that the leaf pieces float on the water surface first, you can scald them briefly with boiling water before feeding - however, this is not necessary, the leaf pieces also sink by themselves.
