Banks Rose cone

The dried Banks Rose cones, unlike alder cones, have no humic acids, but they are still great for the aquarium water. They have a germ-inhibiting effect and provide an important grazing area for shrimp. - Garnelio

Originating from Australia, the cone has an unusual shape, which is why it is so popular in aquaristics. It provides a wonderful hiding place for small animals such as shrimp, dwarf crayfish or snails. You should water the cone a little that it sinks or fix it with a small stone. It offers not only shelter, but also a great grazing area for shrimps and catfish.
