The Garnelio apple leaves are completely untreated, they come from guaranteed unsprayed trees and can be used without hesitation in the aquarium. They are rich in vitamins, their structure makes them easy to eat for invertebrates and thanks to their high content of minerals and trace elements they are very valuable for the animals. Even in nature, shrimps and crayfish mainly eat leaves and graze the biofilms that form on them. Beschreibung

As a fruit tree, the rose plant "apple tree" is very well known to us all. Apple leaves are actually a highly popular type of foliage for shrimp and crabs, but due to the fact that many apple trees are intensively treated with pesticides, self-collection here is decidedly critical.

Our apple trees are guaranteed neither fertilized nor sprayed, so the apple tree leaves come from carefully controlled cultivation. You can feed them without hesitation.

Apple leaves are rich in minerals, vitamins and trace elements and contain valuable tannins. It provides the invertebrates in your freshwater aquarium with many important substances and is eaten with great pleasure.

We recommend about 1/2 leaf once a week for 20 shrimp, two crayfish or four dwarf crayfish. If you briefly scald the leaves with boiling water, they will sink faster.
