The ADA CO2 Inner Seal replacement seal from Aqua Design Amano fits all ADA reusable CO2 pressure reducers. Although the seals between the reusable pressure reducer and the bottle neck of the CO2 pressurized gas bottle can withstand up to 1000 bottle changes without any problems, it is not completely impossible that they can be mechanically damaged.
