ADA - Lily Pipe Outflow P-1 - 10 mm

The lily-shaped ADA Lily Pipe P1 from Aqua Design Amano is made of high-quality glass and serves as a water outlet for the external filter on the aquarium. Its special shape ensures a particularly even flow in the aquascape that is gentle on the plants. Thus, all water layers are evenly mixed and the nutrients for the plants as well as the oxygen for the aquarium animals are optimally distributed everywhere in the aquarium.

The ADA Lily Pipe P1 intended as an outflow for an external filter on an open aquarium. It is suitable for aquariums with a volume of up to 45 lit ers and for a filter flow rate of 10 liters/minute.

The connection for the filter hose is located outside the aqu arium with the ADA Lily Pipe P1. The glass outlet is attached to the aquarium pane at the desired height with the included transparent suction cup. The glass arch of the ADA Lily Pipe P1 is above the edge of the aquarium . During the day, the ADA Lily Pipe is adjusted so that the water forms an even flow along the water surface.

At night, set the ADA Lily Pipe P1 higher so that the water ripples into the aquarium, bringing in additional oxygen.
To connect the ADA Lily Pipe P1 to the hose of the external filter, briefly put the end of the hose in hot water to make it more flexible. All Lily Pipes from ADA have a slightly larger connection diameter than the inner diameter of the hose, so that the connection of ADA Lily Pipe and filter hose is absolutely watertight and slip-proof. So that the hose slides more easily on the glass connection, the tube of the ADA Lily Pipe is rubbed with a little detergent and water.
