ADA - Dooa Jungle Soil 700 ml

DOOA is a young, innovative brand of the company Aqua Design Amano. Here you can find modern products for terrascaping in paludariums and aquaterrariums, but also for wabi kusa and wet terrariums. Active DOOA Jungle Soil is based on natural black soil, the granules are baked at low temperatures. With this soil you can cultivate more demanding plants in aquaterrariums, terrariums with a water part and paludariums. DOOA Jungle Soil is also suitable for the creation of Wabi Kusa.

The black Soil contains a small amount of carbon powder against putrefactive bacteria and  brings natural soil bacteria, which provide a healthy environment for the plant roots even in stagnant water. This effectively prevents the plant roots of terrarium plants from starting to rot in the paludarium. In the pores of the soil grains, the bacteria that break down pollutants find plenty of space to settle. In addition, the black soil in DOOA Jungle Soil makes the water soft and thus optimal for the roots of most swamp plants for paludariums.

You can use the DOOA Jungle Soil very well to form soil balls for Wabi Kusa balls. To do this, moisten the DOOA Jungle Soil a little, carefully press it together with your hands to form a ball and wrap it with moss. In the last layer you can then integrate small branches of emersed aquatic plants, which find in the Jungle Soil of DOOA support for their roots and many nutrients for their growth.

Optimally, the DOOA Jungle Soil is used in combination with the separately available DOOA Jungle Base made of pumice in the paludarium, which is used as a substructure under the substrate for the plants.
